   Just what is a safe list? Why do you need one anyway?

   A safelist is a website whose main objective is to gather current e mail addresses for the owners to use in their main business.

  The best thing about safelists, is you only pay their upgrade once.It is usually good 2-3 years. I personally love that.. Upgraded members get to mail to the entire membership. Also once a day or more! Reading a bunch of ads is usually not necessary either at most upgraded Safelists.

   You are welcome to be a free member also. Free members usually can post their ads 3-5 times a week. You must click on ads either from your email or from the Safelist's inside email box.

     There are lots of on line people just like you  who want their websites or businesses seen by others.

   These people all have had their  e mail and contact information verified by the administrator .Hence it is called a "safe list". Safe to e mail to all of them.

   When you go there, they usually have a free membership. Try it for awhile.

   Start by following all their links to get set up at the safe list. There is usually a long list of ad links for you to read. Most have a timer.

   As you read the ads, you are given points. These points get traded in for your own ads to be placed. I love them myself.

   They must have a timer. If not, people will skip over your ads too.

   These types of safelists can be surfed together and also with the traffic exchanges.

 I like Maryann Meyer's Safelists because they support each other. Members run ads in all of them to join the others.

  Try to upgrade in it when you can. Why? Because the ad page has 9 small ads inside a big block. Your picture and ad title in in one block.

 That means 8 other members as well as MaryAnn herself will be advertising for you! 

As others put their ad up, the oldest one falls off. But upgraded members can put their ad in all day long!

  These two both  have internal ad lists.  

   Just open a new tab for each one. If you do not know how, ask someone locally.

 I use my Notepad that came with my computer to store my ads, banners and short stories I write.

  Then I can  copy/paste as I place my ads.
