  I checked the last three months grocery lists from our local Wal...t and found that EVERY one of our items at

  That and I do not drag them home from the store any more. Also S&H is free.

  I hand out biz cards locally as I do my errands.

 Every time I put in a order, I get more excited. If no one ever joined, I would stay just because I live in Ohio.

  We have cold windy winters and humid summers too. This way I only have one or two bags of stuff to bring home from the store.

  I deserve this service. It is a time, money, labor and gas saver.

   Always check the local paper for coupons for food and shopping for clothes too. Don't forget to check the back of register tapes whenever you shop for food or clothes.

   Fast food register tapes give you free food. Some you only have 3 days to get the freebies and bargains.

   Get at least two Entertainment Books. In April they go on sale 50% off. In July you get them for  free except for a handling fee.

   I file the ones I want to use ABC style in a hand held coupon keeper. It goes in my purse.

  J.C.Penney's ,Arby's, Burger King  and now McDonalds are my favorites. All are getting on the bandwagon.

     Join the birthday clubs at all the places you like to eat. This includes fast food as well as sit down restaurants.

   They give you the whole month to use all the coupons. Just print them out from your e mail box.

   Stay on your budget even if you throw coupons away.Sometimes I leave a small box of my extras in a local laundromatt. Ask first.Go back at the end of the month and discard them.

    Here  is a online rebate magazine to help you save money. Their way is too time consuming for me. Just order a free issue and see if you like it.

  I put mine in my granny bag to read when I am out in public or waiting in a office somewhere.

  These magazines also tell you  how and where to get all the bargains. I read the whole thing and mark the bargains and free stuff that interests me in red as I read it. 

   Since it is such a big magazine, I may have trouble finding my place again. Old age is creeping up on me!

   Myself I do not do rebates.The postage is too high and it is  just too  time consuming for me. I do save my qualifers (upc's ) to trade for  free coupons. I am #11620 at Refund Express.
