   In the cold winter we set the temperature as low as we can for everyone in the home. We pay our heat bill on a budget.

   Then we use a ceramic heater in the rooms with the most use or heavy blankets. Some of us like electric blankets.

 The food budget and gasoline budget always give everyone a hard time. Coupons are so time consuming for the working family.

 The warehouse clubs charge a heafty fee for very little in return. You get bigger packages than what you need ( unless you are a 10 people family)!

This is my grandaughter Amanda and my grandson Mike.Both are doing well in school. These are two of the reasons I can't leave the city for somewhere warmer.My favorite places to take my grandkids is out to eat, to the movies and to Jackson Park.We ride skooters and bikes there. When they were small they played on the playground equipment.

   In the summer we set the temperature as high as we can and use fans. Our electric is also on a home budget.

 Check out your needs before picking a service plan for your cell phones. Check with your best friends and see if you can get the same service company.

   You can talk free to them anytime. Learn to text message if your plan starts at a certain hour. Allocate the kids so many mintues.

  If they go over,no phone for them. Each dollar over is one day of no phone.
